Upon scheduling an appointment you will let our office know a brief description of the items that you are looking to have evaluated along with how many items you may have. Time may vary from piece to piece depending on the item and it’s intricacy. This time can be utilized to ask questions or learn about your jewelry items.
Each item is looked at as an individual piece and evaluated for what it is. Pertinent information and details about the item is recorded. This pertinent information may include but is not limited to, the quality of gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship of the jewelry item, along with notation of any accompanying certificates or stamps of authenticity from certification labs or manufacturers.
A detailed appraisal will include all relevant information listed above, along with a photo of the actual item and a dollar value of the item. The appraisal is printed and packaged as a clean and professional certificate, with PDF copies available through email to be conveniently forwarded to insurance companies, allowing you to insure as quickly as possible.
